ParishBrain
the apps — nineteen, and counting
Every app runs on a local model — never a frontier one.

Nineteen apps today. More as we learn from the parishes and schools we serve — all of it powered by AI that runs inside your walls.

Church

Built for parish life.

SacramentalRecordsParish register, digitized

Manages Baptism, First Communion, Confirmation, Marriage, and Death records in a searchable digital platform. Includes OCR digitization of historical handwritten books. Cross–parish notifications fire automatically when parishioners receive sacraments elsewhere.

ChurchEventsParish life, on one calendar

Publishes parish events — feast days, missions, fundraisers, sacramental–prep sessions — to one calendar families can browse and register for. Handles RSVPs, capacity, and reminders, and shares a campus calendar with FacilitiesManager so nothing double–books.

MinistryFairMinistry signup, simplified

Parishioners scan a QR code to browse and sign up for ministries. Ministry leaders track signups, send follow–ups, and manage rosters from a simple admin backend. No clipboards. No manual data entry.

MinistrySchedulerLiturgical scheduling, handled

Schedules lectors, Eucharistic ministers, altar servers, and other liturgical ministers for weekend and weekday Masses. Manages availability, sends reminders, and keeps your worship ministry running.

WorshipAid CreatorMass booklets, automated

Generates print–ready worship aid PDFs directly from USCCB readings and the liturgical calendar. Select the Mass, confirm the music, export the booklet. No manual layout work.

BulletinCreatorThe weekly bulletin, in minutes

Turns the week’s announcements, Mass intentions, and readings into a print–ready bulletin in minutes. Pulls events from ChurchEvents and readings from the liturgical calendar, then lays them out to your parish’s template. No more Friday–afternoon paste–up.

Religious EdFaith formation, tracked

Runs faith formation and catechesis end to end — class rosters, attendance, sacramental–prep tracking, and catechist resources for RCIA, First Communion, and Confirmation. Keeps families, records, and milestones on the same graph the rest of the parish reads from.

Parenting resourcesCatholic parenting, at home

Gives Catholic parents a private, on–premises companion for raising children in the faith — age–appropriate prayers, feast–day ideas, sacramental–prep help, and answers grounded in Church teaching. Runs on the local model, so a family’s questions never leave the building.

School

Built for the Catholic classroom.

TeacherAIde AI in the classroom, privately

Records, transcribes, and analyzes class sessions to give teachers real–time visibility into student engagement. All processing happens locally — no student data ever leaves the building. Teachers stay in control of every insight.

LessonAlignCurriculum gaps, surfaced

Analyzes lesson plans against state curriculum standards and shows exactly which standards are covered and which are missed. Gives principals real visibility into coverage across every classroom.

Sensible DebateCivic reasoning, developed

Presents students with balanced left, center, and right perspectives on current U.S. policy questions. A political compass quiz gates the discussion system, ensuring students engage with their own perspective before others.

ParentPoint Family communication, unified

Connects class rosters and family contact information into a single communication hub. Personalized updates, lunch ordering, volunteer hours, attendance notifications, and family reminders — all in one place.

OnlineTutorA safe tutor, after the bell

Gives students a safe, school–administered AI tutor for homework and study — Socratic by default, with no–write guardrails so it guides rather than answers. Draws on the class’s own material and runs on the local model, so nothing a student asks ever reaches a frontier AI.

Shared

Built for the whole campus.

Beacon Safe AI for church and school

Safe AI for the whole institution, with a face for each side. On the parish side, clergy, administrators, and business managers get a local assistant grounded in real institutional data — ask about a family’s history or how the campus runs. On the school side, students in grades 6–12 work in Socratic mode with no–write guardrails and full teacher oversight. Same guarantee everywhere: nothing typed ever reaches a frontier AI model or anyone’s training data.

MissionIQ Giving intelligence, unified

Ingests donor records from every giving platform your institution uses and resolves duplicate identities across all of them. Gives development directors a single family–centric view of giving patterns, lapsed donors, and outreach opportunities.

GrantFinderGrant funding, matched

Builds a comprehensive profile of your institution from real data and scores grant opportunities on a 0–100% probability scale. Surfaces the funding most likely to say yes — before your staff has to go looking.

FacilitiesManagerCampus spaces, coordinated

Manages scheduling across every shared space on your campus — gymnasium, hall, chapel, classrooms, parking. Church and school see the same calendar. Events never collide.

BusinessDirectoryCommunity businesses, connected

A searchable directory of parishioner– and community–owned businesses, plus the vendors your campus relies on. Families support one another’s livelihoods, and staff find a trusted plumber, caterer, or contractor without leaving the platform.

CalendarSyncEvery calendar, in agreement

Keeps every calendar on campus in agreement — parish, school, ministries, and facilities — and pushes the events each person cares about to their own Google or Apple calendar. One source of truth, synced everywhere, so nobody works off a stale schedule.

Foundation

The brain underneath everything.

FamilyGraph One identity. Every system.

An encrypted family identity registry that sits beneath every ParishBrain app. Deduplicates family records across all your systems and stores all personal information as AES–256–GCM ciphertext. Critically, FamilyGraph anonymizes family identity before any data is analyzed by AI — meaning patterns can be surfaced across your community without any individual’s identity ever entering an AI model. Every app reads from and writes to FamilyGraph.

You don’t have to use everything.
Most institutions start with two or three apps and grow from there.
ParishBrain is designed to expand with you as your needs evolve — and as we learn from the parishes and schools we serve.
Now accepting pilot partners

Be a founding parish or school.

We’re working with a small number of Catholic institutions right now. Pilot partners cover hardware and a modest setup fee. In return you get direct access to our team, input into the platform’s development, and founding partner pricing when ParishBrain launches publicly.

You’re on the list. We’ll be in touch.
